    Author Agreement

    ANZIR PTY LTD – AUTHOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

    This Author Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and ANZIR Pty Ltd (ABN 17 662 306 014) ("we", "us", "our") for the use of our platform and services as an Author or content creator.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using our platform as an Author, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform as an Author.

    2. Role of Author

    2.1 As an Author, you create and publish content on our platform for use in interactive storytelling experiences.

    2.2 You are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of your content.

    2.3 You understand that your content will be made available to players and Game Masters through our platform.

    3. Account Registration

    3.1 To use our platform as an Author, you must create an account and complete the verification process.

    3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

    3.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    3.4 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

    4. Content Submission

    4.1 You may submit content for publication on our platform in accordance with our content guidelines.

    4.2 All submitted content must be your original work or work for which you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.

    4.3 You agree not to submit content that is offensive, defamatory, infringing, or illegal.

    4.4 We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any content at our sole discretion.

    5. Intellectual Property

    5.1 You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in your content.

    5.2 By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content on our platform and in our promotional materials.

    5.3 You grant us the right to sublicense your content to players and Game Masters for use in interactive storytelling experiences.

    5.4 You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the licenses in this Agreement.

    6. Compensation

    6.1 You will receive compensation for your content according to our current royalty structure and based on usage of your content.

    6.2 Payment will be made according to the payment schedule and method specified in your Author profile.

    6.3 You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your compensation.

    6.4 We reserve the right to modify the compensation structure at any time with notice.

    7. Content Removal

    7.1 You may request the removal of your content from our platform at any time.

    7.2 We will process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but existing licenses to players and Game Masters will continue until their natural expiration.

    7.3 We may remove your content at any time if it violates this Agreement or our content guidelines.

    8. Liability Limitations

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of our platform as an Author or from the use of your content by players, Game Masters, or other users.

    9. Privacy

    Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Author account at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

    11. Independent Contractor Status

    You acknowledge that as an Author, you are acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee of ANZIR Pty Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship between you and us.

    12. Changes to the Agreement

    We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

    13. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
