Player Agreement

ANZIR PTY LTD – PLAYER TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Player Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and ANZIR Pty Ltd (ABN 17 662 306 014) ("we", "us", "our") for the use of our platform and services as a player.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform as a player, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

Our platform allows you to participate in interactive storytelling experiences, mystery games, and related activities. As a player, you can join games hosted by Game Masters, interact with other players, and engage with digital content.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use our platform as a player, you must create an account.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

3.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Player Conduct

4.1 As a player, you agree to respect other players and Game Masters.

4.2 You agree not to use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behavior.

4.3 You agree not to disrupt games or harass other users.

4.4 You agree not to share game content with individuals who have not purchased access to the game.

5. Content Usage

5.1 All game content, including scripts, stories, images, and audio, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any game content without explicit permission.

5.3 You may not record or stream gameplay without prior written consent from us.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Payment for game access is required before participation.

6.2 Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region.

6.3 Refunds may be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6.4 We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of our platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
