Game Master Agreement
ANZIR PTY LTD – GAME MASTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Game Master Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and ANZIR Pty Ltd (ABN 17 662 306 014) ("we", "us", "our") for the use of our platform and services as a Game Master.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform as a Game Master, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform as a Game Master.
2. Role of Game Master
2.1 As a Game Master, you are responsible for facilitating gameplay experiences for players.
2.2 You agree to follow the game scripts and guidelines provided on our platform.
2.3 You understand that your role is critical to creating an enjoyable experience for players.
3. Account Registration
3.1 To use our platform as a Game Master, you must create an account and complete the verification process.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
3.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.4 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
4. Game Master Conduct
4.1 You agree to act professionally and respectfully when hosting games.
4.2 You agree not to discriminate against players based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
4.3 You agree not to use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behavior.
4.4 You agree to arrive on time for scheduled games and to notify players promptly if you need to reschedule.
5. Content Usage
5.1 All game content, including scripts, stories, images, and audio, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any game content without explicit permission.
5.3 You may use the game content solely for the purpose of hosting games on our platform.
5.4 You may not share game content with individuals who are not registered users of our platform.
6. Compensation
6.1 You will receive compensation for hosting games according to our current compensation structure.
6.2 Payment will be made according to the payment schedule and method specified in your Game Master profile.
6.3 You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your compensation.
6.4 We reserve the right to modify the compensation structure at any time with notice.
7. Cancellations and No-Shows
7.1 If you need to cancel a scheduled game, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
7.2 Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties, including account suspension.
7.3 If players cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
8. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of our platform as a Game Master.
9. Privacy
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Game Master account at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Independent Contractor Status
You acknowledge that as a Game Master, you are acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee of ANZIR Pty Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship between you and us.
12. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
