    How to Delete Your Anzir Account

    This page explains how users of the Anzir app (developed by Anzir Pty Ltd) can request deletion of their account and associated data.

    Steps to Delete Your Account

    Step 1: Open the Anzir App

    Launch the Anzir app on your mobile device and make sure you are logged in.

    Step 2: Go to Settings

    Tap your profile avatar in the top-left corner to open the side menu, then tap "Settings" (⚙️).

    Step 3: Select "Account Deletion"

    In the Settings page, scroll to the bottom and tap "Account Deletion" under the Danger Zone section.

    Step 4: Confirm the Deletion Notice

    A notice dialog will appear explaining the consequences of account deletion. Read it carefully, then tap "Confirm" to proceed.

    Step 5: Verify Your Identity

    A verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the code in the app to confirm your identity.

    Step 6: Deletion Request Submitted

    Once verified, your account deletion request will be processed. You will be automatically logged out.

    Alternative: Delete via Web

    You can also delete your account through the Anzir website:

    1. Visit anzir.com and log in to your account.
    2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Danger Zone.
    3. Click "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Data Deletion & Retention Policy

    Data That Will Be Deleted

    • Your profile information (name, avatar, bio)
    • Game history and session records
    • In-app messages and chat history
    • Bookings and order history
    • Any content you have created or uploaded

    Data That May Be Retained

    • Transaction records required for legal and financial compliance (retained for up to 7 years as required by Australian law)
    • Your registered email address will be blocked from re-registration for 7 days after deletion
    • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you personally

    Important Notices

    • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
    • If your account is linked to an Author ID, you must contact Anzir Support before deletion.
    • If you have an unfinished game session, please end it before requesting deletion.
    • Any remaining account balance will be permanently forfeited upon deletion.
