Before you start
This guide covers Jubensha in the Anzir app. Its hosting and per-session usage rules do not describe every Anzir product.
What you will be able to do:Identify the conditions for your first event and choose how to set up or join a team.

Start with how you already organise
- Overseas Chinese-language Jubensha venues: review stories, language, hosting preparation, per-session fees and venue operations.
- Board-game stores, cafés, bars, escape rooms and D&D venues: assess session length, capacity, sound and hosting arrangements before selecting an additional event format.
- University societies, city clubs, meetups, team-building organisers, D&D communities and online groups: confirm language, organising responsibility, hosting capacity and the applicable works and venue type.
What Anzir and the organiser each provide
Anzir provides story discovery, digital reading, creation and hosting tools, and processes for using content under the work’s conditions. Organisers arrange participants, hosting, timing, space or communication tools, admission and event service. Check each work’s count, duration, language and performance requirements.
Operate your own venue or join a team
- For your own organisation, add your online or physical venue in the app and submit the current application form.
- To host for an existing venue, find it, request to join and confirm your hosting permissions.
- Once the required status is confirmed, select a suitable work and prepare your first game.
Prepare a concrete first-event brief
- Participants, language, uninterrupted time and budget.
- Host, any performance needs, and venue or online arrangements.
- Content preferences, devices, story access and per-session fees.
