Add a venue you operate
- Open My venues in the app. If none is linked, use Launch your venue or the available add-venue entry.
- Choose an online or physical venue. Enter its name, short introduction and contact email, plus the required information in the current form.
- Review and submit the application, then check its processing or approval status in the venue workspace.
Join an existing venue as a host
- Choose Join venue from the hosting or venue-linking entry.
- Search by venue name, verify its details and submit a join request.
- After the venue confirms your membership and grants hosting permissions, return and select the linked venue.
How to know you can continue
Check venue approval, membership and hosting permission separately. Review the response after applying. A pending venue or missing permission may prevent hosting. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing application before submitting again.
Check before moving on
- You are signed in to the intended account.
- My venues shows the intended venue and its status.
- The venue is available in hosting selection, or you know whose approval is still needed.
