Open the intended venue workspace
Open My venues in the app and select the venue you intend to operate. Check its details, online or physical type and status. When updating contact or address information, follow the current form and confirm the save result.
Give team members appropriate access
Check host membership and hosting permission. Handle existing applications or member arrangements with the controls available to your management role. Before an event, confirm who hosts and who manages operations, and verify membership and hosting access separately.
Keep the menu aligned with preparation
Organise the stories you plan to offer and check material access, hosting preparation and session fees. Review current room and session states before scheduling or inviting players. A created room is a preparation step before a game is formally started.
A repeatable event checklist
- Before starting: account, venue, work, host, participants and fees match.
- During play: follow the work’s flow and address material or participation issues.
- Afterwards: confirm the session state, check related cost records and collect feedback and next-event preparation notes.
