    Understand per-session story usage fees

Understand the story usage fee for a game and how it relates to your own participant admission price.

    Before you start

This guide covers Jubensha in the Anzir app. Its hosting and per-session usage rules do not describe every Anzir product.

What you will be able to do:Find and review the fees for your game before proceeding.

    On this page

Story usage is charged per session

When you use Anzir to run Jubensha, story usage fees are charged per session. The actual amount, required access, work stage and applicable offers are shown in the app’s current confirmation information. Review these before arranging your event.

    Review each stage separately

    • Adding to a venue menu organises the works you plan to offer.
    • Preparation and full previews have their own material scope, access conditions and any preview entitlement requirements.
    • In the regular hosting flow, creating a room does not deduct the session’s start fee. Actual fees are confirmed again before the game starts.

Keep admission and content costs distinct

An organiser’s participant admission price may also cover hosting, space, equipment and other operating costs. Reviewing story usage fees is one part of preparation. The organiser explains and arranges admission for their own event.

    Check before paying or starting

    • The paying account, currency, actual amount and applicable work or session.
    • Whether the game uses balance, an applicable play ticket or another currently available entitlement.
    • Testing conditions, cancellation or refund information, and the current status. Resolve unclear outcomes before proceeding.
