Play, reconnect and return to your room

Enter your game view

After the room starts, the game loads. Loading game means loading is still in progress; Connected indicates a connection. Screens, controls, turn order and rules vary by game.

1. Follow the game’s tutorial, rules or character prompts.
2. Check that you are using your own character. Personal and shared information follow the game’s design.
3. Arrange conversation, voice or other preparation with your group according to the game’s requirements.

Reconnect after an interruption

Re-entry checks the original room and your admission. Continuing depends on the room remaining valid, its current phase and your access. Another account does not inherit your character or ticket.

1. When the game reports an interruption, select Reconnect in its top bar.
2. If you are on the room page, use Refresh to read the current room state.
3. After closing the browser page, reopen your saved invitation and sign in to the original account.

Returning to the collection does not close the room

Back to collection or All games returns to game browsing. It is a separate action from Leave room in a waiting room or the owner’s Close room.

1. Save the invitation if you plan to return.
2. Check the original room when continuing the same session; do not create a new room to recover it.
3. If you no longer plan to participate, use the available leave action during the permitted room phase. Owners should check with the group before closing.

If the game still will not load

1. Check your connection and the status or error shown in the original room.
2. Wait for a loading or reconnect request to finish before deciding whether to retry.
3. Give support the game name, room link, time and error text. Explain whether the issue is on the room page or inside the game.
