Check the price for your seat and session
Anzir Play web rooms use a per-person, per-session ticket. A room owner participating as a player also needs a valid ticket. This does not buy permanent ownership of the game.
Tickets display a US-dollar price. COIN in the Anzir wallet is separate from this USD ticket; topping up coins does not confirm admission to the room.
- Review the amount, game and role under Your ticket.
- Use the quote displayed by this room. Prices may differ between games or rooms.
Confirm your ticket and get ready
Returning from the payment page does not by itself confirm your ticket. If Waiting for payment confirmation appears, refresh and check the existing payment and room before attempting another purchase.
- For a paid room, select Pay … & get ready. Review the amount on the payment page before completing payment yourself.
- Return to the original room and wait for Your admission is confirmed and your ready status to update.
- When free admission is offered, use Join free & get ready. The room still needs to confirm your admission.
The room starts automatically
Once the conditions are met, the platform starts a countdown and loads the game. There is no separate universal manual start button. Cancelled readiness or a lost connection can return the room to waiting.
- The number of joined players reaches the game’s minimum.
- Every currently participating player is online, has valid admission for this session and is ready.
- If the minimum is three and four players have joined, all four must be ready. Filling the maximum capacity is not required.
Cancel readiness or leave the room
Cancel ready removes your ready status. An already confirmed ticket remains valid for this room; use I’m ready to prepare again without buying another ticket for that action.
Leave room and the owner’s Close room affect participation and starting. Confirm your plans first. Unused tickets after cancellation, expiry before starting or leaving are handled through the displayed refund process.
- Check whether your admission is pending, confirmed, Refund in progress or refunded.
- Check the existing records while a refund is pending. Timing and outcome come from the actual payment record and support response.
