Creators prepare a test version first
- Open Playtesting in the work’s Studio management area and read its current conditions.
- Create and submit a test version through the available process. Confirm its status before arranging participants or venues.
- Record the test version and goals. After changing a draft, recheck which version participants will enter.
Organisers rehearse the actual flow
- Confirm the available venue, host permission, work and required test access.
- Create a room through the app’s current flow, arrange a time and invite participants to choose characters.
- At the start-game confirmation, check the test state and actual cost before proceeding.
- Use the host manual to check reading, delivery, transitions and the ending.
Observe a few specific questions
For example: do players understand their goal after the opening chapter? Which character waits longest? Which delivery step causes mistakes? Record observed events, player feelings and improvement ideas separately, rather than only asking whether it was fun.
Review feedback and verify revisions
Connect each issue to a chapter, material or host action. Record the revision decision and what the next test should verify. Check version, approval state and conditions. Keep reading previews, submitted test versions and completed multiplayer tests distinct.
